Tadahiko Kuwayama, President & CEO

1968	Graduated from the Bachelor degree of Economics Dept. of Hitotsubashi University and employed by Nissho Iwai, which is the one of the leading trading company in Japan.
1976	Manager of Marine Dept of Nissho-Iwai London Branch Office.
1985	Manager of Space Development Dept. of Nissho-Iwai and he had close contacts with the advanced technology based companies such as GE, Boeing and SAIC etc
1992	General Manager of Satellite Communication System Dept. and, thereafter, he had been deeply involved in the Satellite Communication Business.
1994	Director of Satellite News, Inc which is the Joint venture company of BBC and Nissho Iwai
1995	Managing Director of Nihon Digital Broadcasting Service, Inc.(Perfect TV!)
1997	Established the Image Communications International to pursue the combination of the Broadcasting and Communication Business and to contribute the cultural exchange by and between Japan and other Asian Countries.
2004	Established the Mola Inc, to pursue the combination of the Broadcasting and Communication Business and to contribute the cultural exchange by and between Japan and other Asian Countries.

Yoshinori Nagai, Director

1968	Graduated from the Bachelor degree of commerce Dept. of Hitotsubashi University and employed by Nissho Iwai
1988	Left Nissho Iwai and hired as Executive Vice President of SxL America, Inc. Unitl 1998 for ten years lived and worked in New York as the USA representative.
2004	Left SxL America, Inc. since the Corporate sold successfully its real estate property in Washingtopn, DC.,USA
2006	Joined MoLa, Inc. and appointed as a Director

Kiyoshi Misaki, Director

1967	Employed by Toyota as an exclusive contract based racing car driver
1969	ade the contract with Toyota Auto Sales as its exclusive racing car driver and graduated from the Arts Dept. of Nihon University
1973	Toyota Auto Sales Racing Car Dept was dissolved due to the Oil Shock
1974	Founded a self racing team and continued the racing car driver
1988	Founded a company named “Misaki SpeedEto participate often in the car racings
1995	Retired from the professional car racer
2000	Manager for the Malaysian driver participating in Formula Japan
2001	The concentration for the Automotive export job.

Masamichi Yamazaki, Director (Part time)

1973	Stationary of Nissho Iwai New York Office
1989	Manager of the Management and Planning Dept. of Nissho Iwai

1993	Seconded to Tokyo Image and Audio Archive as the Managing Director
1996	Seconded to the Movie Channels as the Director & Business Development
